The Brea Olinda Unified School District (BOUSD) is committed to ensuring that all English Learners (ELs) receive a high-quality, systematic, and coherent English language development program. Our goal is to support students in achieving English proficiency and reclassification within three years while fostering academic excellence, cultural appreciation, and multilingualism. Through inclusive instruction and targeted support, we empower ELs to thrive in a diverse, global society.
